Maybe you'd rather Elon gave you a free EV.
You are correct that Penzys has every right to drive himself into bankruptcy by alienating so many potential customers. That aside, for those of us who grew up in the 80s and 90s and into the 2010s, we lived in a time when businesses were apolitical and find Penzy's strange and peculiar. And, of course, in the last decades many businesses were under enormous pressure from people like you and the progressive left to espouse "correct" views, so it's a fairly hypocritical stance to be taking.
PP. I've been a Penzey's customer for 30 years and I'm not sure his marketing is on track but there's no end to "corporate speech" and what the truly wealthy are doing to interfere in governance. So I think it's ridiculous to get all upset about a little guy using his business to express himself. As far as I recall, things started getting ugly with the "won't bake wedding cakes for people whose marriages I disagree with" court cases.
Take the spice out of the package and it's just spice. Mail ordering any spices is environmentally destructive anyway. Unless you're growing them in your backyard, you're already at the end of a carbon footprint that isn't necessary.

f you opened a package from Penzeys Spices over the past few days and found a box with 27 sachets of a seasoning blend called “Resist! Keep America Alive” that you didn’t remember ordering, you’re not alone: In an ad that ran on Facebook and Instagram, the Wisconsin company says it’s halfway through a plan to send 37,038 of these boxes to its customers in the Washington, DC, area free of charge.
Penzeys hasn’t yet replied to an interview request, but its ad, signed by company owner Bill Penzey, says the idea is to “simply get them into people’s hands and let them figure out what best to do with them from there.” It continues:
With the turmoil they are about to face, now more than ever all of us reaching out and appreciating government workers is unbelievably important. Lots of federal workers in DC, but lots of their family and friends and neighbors, too. We hope a good chunk of these boxes arrive right in those homes.
Penzeys, a company loved for decades by home cooks, has grown increasingly outspoken about its owner’s anti-MAGA views over the last eight years. A mini-tempest bloomed around the company last fall after Kamala Harris made a stop at one of its retail stores. If you’re feeling left out and want your own box of Resist!, which the company says is a good complement for burgers, wings, and guacamole, you can order one online.
Thanks Penzey’s! Nothing says keeping America alive quite like 1,000,026 + individual spice packets floating around DC land fills.
Taco Bell goes through upwards of 8.2 billion sauce packets in the U.S. each year.

New customers. The strategy works. Bit risky to take those to work though; you never know everyone's politics.
