Expect a few adaptations/ inclusions in the new series. Reportedly, Laura Engles will be a black female who was orphaned and adopted by the Engles family.
The new series will explore the racism she faces from the predominantly white townspeople.

How about you front the money to hire writers, make the effort to make the pitch, get constant rejections, then finally get the green light to make a pilot, hire the actors and production and crew, only to have the pilot rejected? A lot of people put in a lot of work to produce television shows and films. And then some nimrod like you comes along saying “we.” Put in the work yourself.

Great show! Chris Pratt (who I now despise) used to be on it.

I wish they didn't cancel the Cosby show to punish Bill Cosby.
The Cosby Show (and A Different World) were amazing, positive, entertaining shows that practically raised a generation of kids.
I was reading an article about one of the supporting actors who lost a big source of income when the show was canceled. All of the actors, not just Bill Cosby, lost their residuals. It was a steady stream of income for them, and it all disappeared when hollywood cancelled Bill Cosby.
I hope the show eventually returns to TV.
