My father received a letter from Social Security. The first page was printed on both sides and conveyed more than was needed. A second page contained only a signature line and the website. Milei has much unilateral power than the U.S. President. Milei can single handedly downgrade government agencies, which causes them to automatically lose a huge chunk of their budget. Milei can unilaterally slash retirement pensions.

Key point ---- Paulson did not sell any stock tax free. It was tax deffered only if he bought certain things like Treasuries. He still had to pay the original tax and could not otherwise use the money.

And no that is not the idea as Musk will not be a government employee. This is not a department of the government. More of a think tank. And it will die quickly.
