Salisbury native here. This activity could happen in any college town. Four of the troublemakers were Anne Arundel natives.

The gay man responding to the grindr ad needs to practice better safe dating skills. (I don't want to blame the victim but he should have met up with the grindr person in a public venue.)

While gross to most, 16 is the age of consent in MD and the victim, no matter his age, was not committing a crime.
