I will not be voting for either but I pretty much guarantee that she'll win it. There's simply no way people will let Trump win again. No matter how many supporters he has, and u know he has a lot, he antagonizes people way too easily and it's 2024 not 2016 when people wanted to take a chance. He's had one and people will give Kamala one this time around. I don't think she'll do very well but I know he won't get another chance. It's just not how this country works.
If you have been listening to Trump’s rally speeches over the past few weeks and still cannot vote for Kamala something is wrong. Trump’s own campaign advisors can’t rein him in. Do you think he is fit to be president? Would any company ever hire Trump as employee? Think about that. A non-vote is a vote for Trump.
Policy is forever. Trump is at worst President for four years under mostly divided government.
I'm a different poster but what Trump says at his rallies is barely interesting.
Policy? Like a nationwide abortion ban?
Or putting RFK Jr in charge of our healthcare and food. Yeah, nothing to worry about - seems just fine.
My anxiety is through the roof, too, OP. Though it's a little better since the Selzer poll.

Selzer was one of the few who called it for Trump in 2016 and it gives me hope that this is not going to be as much of a nail biter as everyone was predicting….
Same. Hopefully she’s right lol
you do realize that if trump loses Iowa he will still win according to all the polls?
I am hoping that the amount of intelligent people voting out number the deplorables. I am no longer watching the news or political coverage because I just can't take anymore and it seems like it's all BS Trump propaganda at this point.
OP here - I am not so certain about this. The DMV is a bubble; there is an entire other world and reality out there. Was on the phone with a friend who lives in Arizona; both her and her husband voted for Trump. She kept talking about illegal immigrants etc. I know at least three other friends (these are all 30+ year relationships) in VA, GA and PA, who will vote Trump, along with their spouses. And these are educated people; just different value systems. I have another educated friend here in MD who is educated and is Jewish who is voting Trump, partly due to Israel issues. So, who knows what will happen on Tuesday....
So you know a bunch of people voting for Trump. That’s great. But it doesn’t change the fact that Trump lost the popular vote in the two last elections and he lost the electoral vote last election.

True but until people wake up and realize that the two current major parties are in states of complete dysfunction outside of raising money and pleasing their wealthy donors, we will continue to see major party nominees as awful as Trump having a chance in national elections.
