Wait, are you acting like there are no extremely wealthy, extremely white suburbs in the US? How many black families live in Bethesda? How many black families live in Greenwich, CT? The reason affluent black families like living in places like PG, is because it has a high standard of living and they won't be stared at by their nervous neighbors. Plenty of rich black families have horror stories of their white neighbors calling the cops on them upon sight, saying they suspect a "criminal is in the neighborhood."

Chocolate City is not for "blacks only." Anyone can apply to live there if they'd like. It embraces "black culture." However, the descendants of American slavery certainly do have a specific unified culture. Black Americans are more of an ethnic group rather than a racial group Can you explain what "white culture" is in the US? Plus, there are plenty of clubs or organizations that celebrate European heritage and traditions.

Well, it's not for lack of trying. They just spent a quarter of a billion dollars to advance DEI at the University of Michigan. And it was a resounding failure. DEI for all intents and purposes is dead. I suspect the focus will move to individual talent and drive. The big, expensive, systemic programs don't work.

They're called white sororities and fraternities, certain "competitive" clubs that have some type of immutable quality as a racial barrier, and expensive (and useless) sports reserved for the upper class. Yes, white people are wholly responsible for the racial disparities in this country by artificially creating a stratified society and engendering fear among non-white communities who have an innate distrust of self-serving white people, especially the ones who pretend to be allies. Don't cherry pick successful minority communities when you call the fkn cops on POC homeowners trying to mow their own lawns in white neighborhoods.
