Iceland - just other worldly
Italy, UK - beautiful architecture and rolling country side
South Korea - food, shopping (for those of us petite gals; not so great for the larger sizes)
I haven't traveled that extensively, but those are some of the places that stand out to me personally.

I have loved different places for different things. I think you should do your own research instead of asking other people because their answer probably is specific in why they loved it and may not be what you are seeking.
