It’s clear you actually know nothing because kids do not have a problem getting jobs out of Swarthmore. My husband works in finance and they love those kids bc they are so smart and work so hard- at least the ones that want to go into finance anyway. Plenty in medicine with a high acceptance rate into med school

I know a few kids there who fit none of these. Smart but not off the charts. Well-rounded. Not an activist. Just a pretty normal bright kid (which is my highest form of praise). I don't think my child would be particularly happy there but I think some of these generalizations are pretty far off.

Not sure. I know Haverford has made an effort to attract first gen students but I don't know how many there are. Haverford has a different campus vibe though.
