I'm doing this too! I'm early 40s, Masters in Kinesiology. I'm a personal trainer and Pilates teacher (own my studio) and thru that I meet tons of men. I'm very petite so I have alwys looked younger. I've been taken on wonderful trips and received beautiful jewelry and expensive bags and clothes. When I needed to upgrade my studio one of my guys gave me the money. It saves me tens of thousands on paying for my worldly vacations and I am keeping the goods to sell for extra retirement money.

Yes they do and to get expensive gifts and jewelry and clothes and shoes and trips. The sugar babies I know are not destitute or in it for subsistence living. They want expensive and luxurious stuff. They aren't forced into it at all. Many are in college or working.

It is similar to sahm in that there are alays men who like to take care of dependent women and there are always women who like to be dependent on men.

I know 3 young women who were sugar babies. One had had a pretty crappy life and she latched on to this man because she interpreted all the things he gave her as caring. He was also pretty messed up and I think he got a lot of validation from looking after her too. It was very unhealthy.

One was a college student who just thought it was a great way to get expensive things at a time when she didn't have money for an expensive lifestyle and she didn't mind having sex. She knew what she was doing, was not being taken advantage of and felt it was a win win situation where they were both using each other to get what they wanted.

The other one started off as a sugar baby / sugar daddy relationship when she was in college but it was on and off for years and it seemed more like they were dating. I don't quite know what that one was.
