I’m so sick of mealy mouth liberals who think your way is the only way. I’m a Democrat leaning independent and you will never get my weapons. Background and red flag laws are sensible. But if you think Ty is country has the will and means to eradicate all the guns in this country without a lot of bloodshed on both sides, you’re delusional. That horse left the barn a long time ago. We can move forward with magazine capacity limits and high taxes on the ammo, but this country is now flushed with guns, including ghost guns.

+1 A lot of liberals like myself (and Kamala Harris and Tim Walz) are gun owners, and unlike the MAGAs we agree that this country needs common sense gun reforms and more responsible laws governing access to guns. That *does not* mean confiscating all guns.

She was a gun owner before 2019. Her gun ownership goes back to her San Francisco DA days. As a former ADA, I know her gun ownership is common.

I’ve always been a second amendment advocate, and I see nothing wrong with what she said. If somebody breaks into my personal house, they are also getting shot.

Do you want her to win or not?

Part of politics is talking out of both sides of your mouth and appealing to the widest audience—typically in response to the latest polls.

Regardless, I bet she’s owned a gun for a very long time. And that’s okay. Really. Because ICYMI: she is a responsible gun owner and she hasn’t had any issues.

I bet the Obamas own a gun—or probably did when living in Chicago before the WH.
