The percentage from seventh grade math is proficiency level 4 is at 4%.

If it were an MCPS test, it would be in parentview already. It only takes them a few weeks for tests they admin. MCAP however is a state test so not exactly MCPS' job.

Why is the state trying to push this off on MCPS? It is their test. MCPS does a fine job with its test. Should our county taxes shouldn't be further subsidizing these state initiatives? Honestly, it's not like my kids need all these standardized tests anyway especially unproven ones like MCAP.
