Calling a baby “shouty and bangy” just means they are a normal 10 month old- not sure why people are overreacting. I’m not in the area, so no advice, but lots of people here either don’t admit that their 10 month olds are often loud and bang things, or they are too scared to take them anywhere. Enjoy yourself! We took our kids out all the time to eat at that age.

Seeing the cute babies is half the fun of some place like Silver Diner or IHOP. Come to the one in my neighborhood!!!
They’re not cute when they’re screaming or crapping in their pants.

If you don't segue to using inside voice and no banging you are going to be spending every vacation eating takeout on picnic benches with other families giving you stink eye. Until they go to college. Or maybe high school if desire to get laid makes shouty bangy realize its a turnoff.
This kids that scream for fun...I am sure their parents called them their little roosters or crows or whatever.
