$18M payout to the lawyers so they can continue running the scam.

Deadline was aug 20. What about all the victims whom were never notified?

Don’t put money on. It lets you go really negative. Do that until end of year then pay it off to avoid frequently paying the fee.

Or put $100 on one kids account, and then transfer $50 to the other kid. That way only one fee.

Yes, I put money in my kids account by credit card because I wanted them to have lunch money quickly. But it made me mad to get 2 fees of $2.50 on $25 deposits for each kid. I tried to figure out how to do one transfer for both kids and pay only one fee, but couldn't figure it out.

Give it to one kid $50’ans transfer between the kids

Why doesn’t the MCPS email address on the my school bucks website work? Emails returned undeliverable.

This is the website for the class action.

This is essentially the contents of the email I received, asking if I wanted to join.

Can you elaborate here or start a new thread re: the lawsuit?

Rookie move. As soon as you do that, mcps will announce they aren't using them anymore and then there will be a fee to get your money back

Yep! For 3 years I’ve requested the extra money in my older kid’s account be transferred to my younger kid’s and they never did it. Now that they’ve graduated, that money is gone.

+1 Have them reprogram ParentVue/MyMCPS and the rest of that unintegrated multisystem boondoggle while they're at it.

They would be happy to do so. Seriously, these are smart kids and this should be part of the program.

My kid (who has an account loaded by me- check only- I refuse to pay fees) presented cash but the cash was added to the account and the meal was deducted as per usual. Blew my mind that my kid had cash and decided to give it to the lunch lady that day!
