Harris won fair and square.
The mods were morally (and perhaps contractually) obligated to fact-check the most putrid lies.
That's it in a nutshell.
She “won” with constant incivility and moderators overstepping their bounds to let the candidates speak without interruption. But real Americans understand how manipulative and scheming she was, and they’ll punish her in this election.

And, to be fair, a non-existent job of fact checking Harris. And obviously had no interest in pressing her to give a straight answer when she dodged the “do you think voters are better off than they were four years ago?” Question (she doesn’t, but they don’t want to make her SAY that) and when she avoided answering whether she supports limits on abortion in 7th, 8th, 9th month (she doesn’t, but again they don’t want to make her SAY that).
But did anyone think it was weird that they said nothing when she claimed to have been at the Capitol on Jan 6 when she was actually at DNC headquarters???
Why would she say she was there?? And why wouldn’t the moderators correct her in that assertion?
Actually, she WAS at the Capitol on January 6. She was ALSO other places on that day.

Ah—but you had to look it up, didn’t you?
I bet this is the first time you knew that she wasn’t there. And is t it odd that she wasn’t there? Why not? Wasn’t she meant to be present at the Capitol? What was she doing at the DNC headquarters and why doesn’t anyone ever ask her about it?
Is no one curious?
The standards you hold her to vs Trump are absurd! Did you know in the US doctors are allowed to abort/murder full term babies born alive? /s.
Just look up with Governor Northam said. He is a doctor. He said what Trump described. It’s on video. It is real and it was the whole truth out load. Hard core abortion rights people believe a mother should have complete choice to eliminate her child the entire term and upon birth. She wasn’t forced to admit she wants no restrictions but that he has view. But don’t act like he lied. Northam said those things.
No, Gov Northam described pallitative care. Essentially hospice for dying babies. It's tragic and horrible for families.
Even my pro-choice DH has an issue with this because he doesnt understand the realities of childbirth and thinks every parent would make the choice to do every single life saving measure and cannot wrap his head around the fact that a fetus can make it to term and not be able to survive still.
This is why its a healthcare decision and made with the information and support of clinicians. It is not a independent family position. No hospital would provide palliative care for a healthy child- they wouldnt need to. Do you know how many things you have to explicitly decline in a hospital for a newborn and how much judgement there is and how many CPS workers get called when a hospital staff member thinks a family is endangering their child? Its literally a fight sometimes to get them to not give your baby a bath or to keep them in the room while they perform their checks/sticks.

How many Americans do you think want their tax dollars to pay for gender transition surgeries for illegals? She also supported those surgeries for prisoners in CA.

exactly, this is the debator's job, harris should be doing the corrections not the moderators, very odd. This didn't happen in the biden trump debates.
I wasn't impressed with the moderators at all. They allowed Trump to overtalk, get in the last word, lie over and over again. He was constantly allowed second and third bites, but Harris was rarely offered rebuttal time. The moderators failed to turn off Trump's mic.
Harris said she wanted him unmuted. She thinks she does better when he speaks than when she speaks

I found it odd the moderators were fact-checking; that is the job of each debater. The moderators should be there to move the debate along. Very strange.

Can you please now find all the Wharton professors, the top professors, who support Trump's economic plan? The Washington Post reports they couldn't find a single one.
I'll wait...
