You’ve got to genuinely love him, but yes, the happiest and most stable marriages are the ones where the man feels like the lucky one.

I don’t know this from personal experience. Old men ewwww. But I had a friend who used to say this. She was fairly insistent and it still cracks me up every time I hear someone else say it.

I think there are a lot of men who will leave you when you get old and get the younger version of you! I say marry the right person for you


They truly have to have a lot of money to do that. Like they can do it once in their 40s. But to do it again in their 60s? Multimillions to start. So it’s not wise for them actually.
