My 2 DS go to liberal arts schools outside of MD (midwest and northeast). Both hang MD flags in their rooms. They love them.

Oh good grief. It's hardly like hanging a Confederate flag. Some of you are insane with this stuff. And I say that as a black woman.

Agree. My son would be like “wtf”. Virginian headed to a Northeast college.

I’m born raised in VA and went in-state. Never saw the VA flag waving.

I lived in a group house where some students had hung the MD flag from the rafters a few years before me. This was roughly 40 years ago and we took it down.
