It used to be immigrants moved to the US to work, and they’d send SOME money they saved up every month back to their families in their home countries so they can live comfortably there.

Now immigrants move to the US to retire and send families over here to get MORE money. No work required. No savings required. More family here= more grift. It’s a migrant sweepstakes

The problem is the limits on asylum applicants working. If they could work on the books, they could get jobs and support themselves. There are still plenty of jobs they could fill.


Get a grip. No one works on the books. They just go remit billions a year to the atriangle, half of the gdp of Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador is USA black market remittances. Funds more illegal chain migration. No stopping it, border is open for biz.

Biden has defended the number as necessary to undo what he considers “bad policy” inherited from Trump, especially on immigration.

To date, 10 of his 12 actions on immigration are reversals of Trump’s policies.
