Why isn't this in the real estate forum? I don't actually care, but it seems like some of these posts are moved to that forum and others aren't. Ones that are able to stay in General Parenting or Off-topic get a lot more responses, and the others just languish with one or two. Seems like these posts shouldn't be moved at all, if not all of them will be.

Drove through the neighborhood today. Who is "Jeremy" and is he tearing down every other house in the neighborhood? Won't it look like Chevy Chase, or worse, Kentlands, within the next decade?

PP - google "mcps articulation b-cc" and read the 29-page pdf in the first result - that should have the info so far. There will be a boundary study at some point in the future, though so nothing set in stone yet.

The 900k one is back on the market, it didnt sell last fall and the one two doors down took 8 months to sell and the contemporary one has been on for awhile for this neighborhood.

three hosues in a row all on the market within the same year and not selling hmm I wonder why???

Oh yes a train in your back yard when the purple line is built. most f the hosues in this neighborhood sell in a week, of course some upper priced houses sit but all the properly priced ones sell ASAP
