Class 1 cities - Alexandria - have their own circuit courts.

Falls Church is a class 2 city, which means it technically is inside Arlington County, but really it just uses Arlington County’s Circuit Courts...

Clifton, Herndon, and Vienna are all incorporated towns within Fairfax County. Fairfax City is a class 2 city within Fairfax County
