I know they are technically hazel but they mostly read as green unless you look up close to see the bits of brown and gold around the iris

My eyes are the color of the top picture. Officially Blue.


The heavy black line is very aging-people need to stop with it. It’s not a look that wears well in real life for most people.

My mother’s eyes are pale green with a blue ring around the outside. No brown or yellow in her eyes.

Mine are similar to the top one. Yellow around the pupil then green with a darker rim. I think it’s considered a mutation. It’s most common in Northern European. Everyone in my family has blue eyes. My children have blue eyes.

My eyes do that for free.

And eyes are definitely not just eyes. These eyes of mine have gotten me laid more than a few times.

Eyes are eyes, as long as people can see, its all good. Sometimes people say I've hazel eyes, sometimes honey, other times blue, black, green or brown but eventually they realize I get a discount at contacts supply store.

Similar to the eye argument, a dark haired person might call this blonde which tends to irritate a much lighter haired blonde who would call this brown. Another exercise in perspective is what people refer to as curly, wavy and straight hair. True straight haired people would call this guy wavy and wavy/curly would call it straight.


Hah I have dark golden blonde hair that is wavy and also have hazel-green eyes that are predominantly green but have a golden brown center. People can bicker all they want about any of it but I think I'm pretty cute.

I don't comment on people's eye color.

I pretty much always guess wrong, in their opinion.

For some their eye color is such a part of their identity.
