I can drive anything, and if it’s free I honestly don’t care. It’s unlikely anyone is going to let me in a tank, I guess.

I have an American pickup because I farm. When you put a trailer on them they get a lot shorter, FWIW. The height is from increased suspension to make the ride comfortable when you aren’t hauling. Blame people who want a truck to ride like a luxury vehicle. A bit of road noise and bounce never bothered me.

I'm sure Elon Musk doesn't care. But the money lost by Tesla bc their CEO is such an unlikeable dolt is breathtaking. It's a cheap Uber car these days.

And to think that he is now holding Tesla shareholders hostage. If they don’t vote to pay him 56 billion dollars he has said he will leave Tesla. They should vote no and sing “goodbye” to him. I won’t touch a Tesla because of him, and I love the look of the car.

I used to feel this way about trucks, but not anymore. My next vehicle will be either a Ford F150 or a Chevy Silverado.

I love space in a vehicle, especially on long drives. Being squeezed up in a small car and sitting low is horrible to me. I don't like feeling squeezed up in a plane, so don't see why I should put up with it in a car.

To answer OP's original question, I could never drive a Mini.

Wouldn’t you rather people without the coordination and skill to not drive a motorcycle NEVER drove a motorcycle?? What’s wrong with you that you’d encourage this type of person to drive one????????

I call BS.

You won’t DRIVE a car that’s not rated highly in consumer reports.

Just the rental price of name-brand cars is 3x as much.

I’ll drive almost anything. Buying is another story.

I have been on one (pax). But I don't even like driving near them. One wrong flip of the wheel and I can kill someone. It makes me too anxious. I'd never drive one, coordination or not. Besides the bugs, the only part of spring/summer that I hate is when the motorcycles come out.

I absolutely hate Elon, but Teslas are so far ahead with EVs it was a no brainer when my 12 year old car died and we needed a quick replacement for a short distance daily driver.

Never drive or never own? I've driven cars as rentals that I wouldn't buy and been pleasantly surprised (the Chevy Malibu was unexpectedly zippy but I wouldn't buy a Chevy for reliability reasons).

Never drive at all - maybe an RV or truck with a boat attached or something else that I don't feel competent to pilot safely due to size.
