If I eat a big lunch, I have a super small (like a salad) dinner... If I eat a small lunch ( a few spoonfuls of chickpeas, usually), I eat a big dinner.

I eat healthy sized meals, and certainly when I'm out to dinner with people. But I never have 3 big meals per day. I also only eat when I'm hungry, so if I had a big dinner and I'm not hungry for breakfast, I stick with just coffee.
If a "few spoonfuls of chickpeas" is "small", what do you consider a 'healthy sized meal'? 6 spoonfuls of chickpeas?
