What's the motivation for doing this

Offers have gone out down to at least Blue and Black teams as of this morning

Have all offers gone out? We don’t have one yet (returning player). Have there been cuts for returning players or are we late in getting our offer?

The teams should be more competitive if they get it right, so the club is trying to be very deliberate in how they approach this year’s team make-ups.

Thanks Gerardo/Alex/Khaled et al lol

What is that supposed to mean?

I don't know but would like to know.

Look at ARL website under staff section

Ah got it you are saying that they are posting here to communicate the delay.

Yes, although of course it’s a joke. DCUM frequently tosses around initials or names and if I don’t recognize it I usually just go to the club website’s staff page.

But how would that affect older age groups?

Preacademy isn't a new team it's just the renaming of the teams.

Exactly - OP here - so staying on the same color is effectively a demotion. That's was the point of my prior post, and also why the lack of communication from the club is disappointing (though not surprising these days).

Same here. I wonder if they will even bother telling us why.
