I doubt that. You just don’t know that they use cannabis. I guarantee you my kids’ friends’ parents have no clue that I take edibles or smoke weed as i never do it around anyone except my husband, after kids are in bed and we aren’t going anywhere outside the house. I only take 1/4-1/2 of a gummie. I’m never getting trashed.
Maybe. But the OP is asking about if other mothers are constantly asking to smoke weed and actively trying to get you to participate. So if any of my friends and/or acquaintances smoke weed or use edibles, I’m aware of it; they never talk about it, do it in social settings I’ve been apart of, or have invited me. It’s never come up in conversation at all with anyone I know.
Op here. I don’t think they constantly ask to smoke weed but that is what they get most excited about. I would rather go to a nice dinner or spa.

I’m sure you do. You might know me, and the half a dozen other 50-something other friends of mine who have all used gummies to manage the perimenopausal insomnia. I now take half a 5mg THC/CBN gummy at bedtime. That means I can’t drive if there is a middle of the night emergency, true. But it also means I am getting enough sleep to not want to kill myself, so it seems like a fair trade off.

Younger adults understand you can relax with a glass of wine or a little weed. And there’s a risk of being overly dependent on either one. But used appropriately there can be some positive effects. Pain relief, relaxation, social plus more.
Because older adults dont relax with a glass of wine. You’re the first generation to do so, pp.
You missed the point. Alcohol has always been an acceptable way to socialize, relax, celebrate, whatever. Weed is as legal as alcohol and some people now use that to socialize, relax, celebrate, help with pain, whatever.
Only older people who aren’t used to it being mainstream seem to have a problem with choosing weed to socialize with.

That is not true, remember the hippies? And their drinking parents?
Would you follow the conversation before answering? You would understand why the pp said that instead of jumping in after it’s over.
You keep correcting people here but clearly did not convey your point accurately if is being so misinterpreted.
Are you...a fentanyl mom?!
DP. Yes, she did.

I have a medical card and it’s legal where I live. Even a beer or a glass of wine gives me a hangover. No issues the next day with an edible.
