Yeah this is so biased. I don’t care what their education and level of repute is!!!! I’m Not exposing my kid to molestation or worse!!!!

I don’t do sleepovers!!! And I had a great experience having them as a kid but all my kids friends have sleepovers every weekend, my kid is a VERY early riser, and they all have older siblings with phones. No good can come of it!!!!

I work in the legal system and my kid does not have sleepovers unless I know the parents very well and the mom is home. So many terrible stories out there.

No, but it makes it more likely. These are statistics, not gender assumptions. No one thinks all men are molesters. But many predators are men. It is what it is.

Pp. Also with school friends, if it's a 1 person sleep over, no, if asked, even if it's mom or dad there, if I don't know them well. If I do know them and trust them, then 1 on 1 I would allow.

My kid doesn't need sleep overs to hang out. That's what we have playdates.

Same here. Only if we also hang out with the families and know the dad well.

With school friends I will not let my kid sleep over if only Dad is there, if asked (so far no invitation).
