5-5 and 100 pounds is a bmi of 16.6. It’s anorexic. Great shape means having muscle mass and tone.

I actually don’t feel comfortable in bikinis due to my Muslim upbringing so I tend to wear a one piece or a tankini. If you feel comfortable in one wear one. If you feel like you are exposing too much skin, don’t. I think the best judge is yourself and age shouldn’t factor in.
