Partnership should mean picking the best of coaches and players at every age group. Not just equal allocation or what some back of the bench BRAVE parents want just so their kid can get a spot. Start any other way and this partnership has failed before it started.

Lost them to who? Another ECNL team can't pick them up until Friday and if they're going to GA they were probably bench players anyway (not that there is anything wrong with that).
My kid signed up for an Arlington session today so they will definitely go to that practice and may take a spot if they like it. It’s after March 1, but we wouldn’t have even signed up if FVU had shown they were organized and released coaches. Tic tic. Your teams are getting worse every day.

Yes their will be an attempt for equal allocation which is what is killing it already. Failure is inevitable

Serioulsy, c'mon if you believed in the Union brand so much that you heart their every IG message featuring alumni in P5, then you should not be concerned about who the coach of your mighty McBunions will be. The brand will conquer all, the ECNL badge will be your guiding light. You are clearly a fringe player, which sucks but take this opportunity to shop, remember you are the consumer. In the end they will take everyone from the two teams who is still interested at this point which will be enough to still have rosters of 25-30, they've lost impact players already but McBrave will overcome, sorry Bunions.

Current Union players deciding whether they even want those spots or would be better off at Arlington or SYC. Brave coaches aren’t good for recruiting or development. Waiting for the coaching lineup.
