Is it really that hard to stand up for yourself and say no if needed? It might, in all seriousness, be harder than doing what you suggest.

I don't think my wife ever turned me down back when she was my gf. Seeing somebody a few times a week is very different from living together.

My husband would like it most days. I never think about sex at all. Maybe once a month I might think, “I suppose if I had to I could do it” but really sex is more of an annoying task to get done than anything. I am BUSY with work, children, eldercare, exercise and running a household. I have no time for rubbing up on somebody.

My DH never went for this (even when we had infant twins ffs!)- makes him angrier at me than getting turned down altogether. Mine won’t accept quickies or “maintenance sex” whatsoever. So we have sex far less often than he’d like.

My DH would do it every day and so would I, except what he doesn’t realize is he takes a really long time (I also take a long time when I am with him, but because of lack of attraction, but my ability to climax in ten minutes from PIV has slowed down). So it is a bit too much bc I don’t have 40 minutes a day plus cleanup to devote to sex.

yep, my husband would have sex every day. We are in our early 40s. I am not into it that often so he has to do his thing solo, we probably have sex two times a week and he has to take a pill.
