I'm not great at talking to people at parties but I am a confident public speaker. My looks are ok. When I get an attractive woman interested in me, it's often because of my public speaking or ability to take charge of a difficult situation or group of people in a room. Or it's because I listen closely. Most women like my professional competence. The ones who don't tend to be very artsy, very left of center, or very right of center. Being a good listener is different. Some women become totally smitten once they realize I'm paying attention but a few find it to be a somewhat feminine trait. They like more manly men than I am.

Good at oral sex, stay in bed after sex, has a good size penis

Confident, smart, smooth/charming, with money. Tall and broad-shouldered are a plus.

The married ones are so thankful.

1. Carrying yourself with confidence.
2. Dressing well. Casual but professional.
3. Well groomed.
4. Being financial stable and/or wealthy greatly helps.
5. Being a overall good shape. Don't need six pack but no beer gut. Just workout a little and be mindful of eating.
6. Be funny.
7. Be above average looking.

He doesn't date above his level, they are his level because he's so funny. And successful, and competent, etc.
