It was in another room, and I could hear it very clearly. And no, the batteries are just fine. So it wasn't a mechanical malfunction. And it's never happened before.
I brought it into my bedroom and shut it off.
I'm giving the toy away today.

I saw a UFO this past spring. I woke up my husband to show him. He still thought there was some scientific explanation for what we saw. My 10 yo saw it, too, after hearing me go on and on.
Whatever it was, it was indeed fascinating.

I woke up one morning to get ready for school. It was still dark out, and I passed a window with no blinds on it. There was a hall light on, and there was a reflection in the window of a man dressed in a white button down shirt and kacki pants. He was standing down in our front hallway. I waved to him because I thought it was my brother, and he waved back. I though the whole thing was weird, so I said "what are you doing?" He didn't answer, so I leaned over the banister and saw that no one was there. I started freaking out and looked in my brother's room. He was still asleep as were my parents.
At dinner that night, I told my parents what happened. My dad said that it sounded like his dad (based on the outfit) who had lived in the house and died in 1957.

I worked at an old, old hospital in new england and we definitely had ghosts, especially ones from recently deceased patients....
Gettysburg. Just walk around. You'll feel a presence of something otherwordly.

I was never in your grandmother's house but I grew up in an old, old house and Yes, I do believe because I have experienced their presence and felt something otherworldly. I've never seen a ghost but I believe. There is an historic plantation on Route 1, I think,--maybe Sully Plantation--go there sometime and you, too, can feel their presence.
