I don’t snack throughout the day, but every meal and snack has a plant in it for sure. I’m a vegetarian though - all my meals are plant based. For example, my lunch was a big salad with chickpeas, romaine, cucumbers, tomatoes, avocado, carrot, radicchio and escarole. I snacked on strawberries and a sumo orange. For breakfast I had Greek yogurt topped with walnuts and blueberries with hemp hearts and chia seeds on top. I try to eat as many different plants as I can.
