we only within the past month watched Ted Lasso, but we enjoyed it very much. We did have to push through the first couple episodes, but it definitely got better as we progressed

I love musicals so this is one I thought I'd love. I watched a couple episodes and thought "meh" then watched another couple more and got hooked.

Star Trek. Really I always thought it was dorky and would roll my eyes at it but I was so wrong and I have watched it a couple of times now.

OMG, not OP, but this is exactly my impression of Succession (and why, despite endless recs, I have not watched). Perhaps I should give it a shot.

I also have watched some combo of Schitts Creek episodes 1-3 twice... and have never made it further.

(Jeez, I may be the archetype of DNF TV watcher!)

Succession! I resisted watching it for SEVERAL years. I ended up getting into it, and now it’s one of my all-time favorites. Phenomenal acting, pacing, nuanced complex characters. 10 stars!

I loved Deadloch and hope there will be more seasons?? At first I hated the over the top Eddie character so much that I wasn't sure I could continue, but I'm glad I stuck with it.

Yay! I remember watching reruns of the original when I was a kid, and was so very excited when the reboot was announced. They started with the miniseries, which was AMAZING! It didn’t hurt that there were several very attractive men on the show, so that made it even better.

I really need to rewatch it now.

It'll be interesting to see if it's possible to spot the signs of the final 5 in advance. I remember being shocked by a few.
