40 and no gray, I think. I’m not totally sure bc I highlight my hair. Looking forward to having gray though. My roots won’t look so dark anymore!

53. 99% gray. Started going gray at 19. I have more gray hair than my mom or dad.

47, about 40%. Originally light brown. Streaks at my temples like Bonnie raitt.

55 and maybe 80/20 with 80 being gray in front and the top layer of hair and 20 being the back and and hair underneath, if that makes sense!

I'm 40 and just noticed my first couple gray hairs this year. I'm a baby faced man though so I'm looking forward to it.

45 and a few around the hairline (maybe 6-7 hairs). I don't hate the look of gray but I'm dreading the texture change that comes with it for my curls.

53 and have been 10%+ since early 40s probably more like 40% now. I have a big bright silver white streak in the middle of my head which started appearing in my early 20s when I was in college. I have ptsd from childhood trauma, was a perfectionist who drove myself to extremes in 10 years of academic achievement and then in my career as well. My premature greying and the degree of my greying is 100% stress related, as the other women in my family did not grey until their 50s and 60s.

47 and like, a dozen strands

58, about 40-50% gray? but very uneven. I'm practically white on the right front quadrant of my head, much less so on the left front, and darker with strands of gray on the back half. (FWIW, I also have deeper/more lines on the right side of my face-- not sure if the two are related. )

45, brown hair, 5% gray all invisible if I leave my hair down. (It's coming in on the lowest layer of hair by my temples)

I’m 39 and probably 80-90% gray at this point. I dye it but I can see how it comes in at the roots. It’s genetic and started in my early 20s. Most of my cousins and my brother saw a similar pattern.

51 and just a little around the temples.

56 and maybe 5% - I just started coloring a couple of patches at the roots this year.

56, some silver strands here and there, one small area that is getting lighter, but it looks blonder, not gray.

You guys are lucky. I’m a black woman, 37, and maybe 40% gray? It started in my mid 20s. Very common to to gray early in my family.
