Grassroots Clubs all over the globe play a part in developing young players before they get into Academies.
Academies are measured by the Individual Development Plan and growth of players after they get them.

I'm sure there is room for improvement at the DCU Academy as all other academies in America have different areas that need improvement.

But it’s not new either. DCU academy has always been a colossal disappointment - again, as compared to other academies in metro areas. There is no new tainted narrative to share. It’s long been tainted.
