My kids like baked apples with cinnamon sugar. Basically quick homemade apple pie filling. They also like mango lassi, and berries with whipped cream.

Greek yogurt with toppings. If that’s too strong, then Greek yogurt mixed with a little honey.
Toppings or mix in options:

Dark chocolate chips
Shredded unsweetened coconut
Low sugar granola
Muesli
Fruit
Nuts
Jam

Frozen grapes! We are also a dessert every night house, though generally small portions that get eaten quickly, so not really a time to talk. If you're trying to drag things out, popsicles/frozen fruit bars are a great choice. So are lollipops (the See's ones are fancy and delicious but honestly take so long to eat that we stopped buying them).

Fruit cream - Whip together heavy cream and condensed milk and add a can of fruit cocktail (drain the sugar syrup). Chill and serve

Mango ice cream - whip together heavy cream and condensed milk, add a can of pureed mango pulp (from Indian store). Freeze and serve.

Banana nut bread.

Carrot Halva - Grate carrots, cook with milk, sugar and some crushed cardamom. Sprinkle with nuts and serve.

Any vanilla ice cream or milk shake - mix with chopped fruits.

Rice or tapioca milk pudding - Boil and reduce milk with a small amount of white rice and sugar until the pudding thickens and rice is cooked well. Add a pinch of powdered cardamom. Serve chilled.

I like to make a clafloutis when wanting a proper dessert. It has a lot less sugar than most desserts, plus plenty of milk and eggs. Recipe calls for 2/3 cup sugar. I use 1/2 cup total if the fruit is sweeter, 2/3 is more tart fruit

I love to bake (and eat) sweets. Some things we like:
Fruit pies or tarts (whatever is in season)
Quick breads like banana or zucchini (add chocolate chips and/or walnuts according to taste)
Fruit salad (get a melon baller — my kids love melon balls)
Dried fruit/fruit leather (really sweet even when there’s not added sugar and some like mango and ginger and cranberries also have added sugar)
Apple sauce cakes
Fruit with whipped cream
Trifle
Fruitcake
Gingerbread (I’m not actually how healthy this counts as but it’s delicious and filling so that’s something I guess?)
