You grew up with all kinds of other stuff that you all seem okay with, that makes my skin crawl. The worst is racism? Or open misogyny? Homophobia? How about all those ridiculous habits? Like smoking in the house and giving your kids cancer?


I'm of the older generation as well and you are extremely naive if you think racism, misogyny and homophobia are any better today. Open miosyny?
We achieved reproductive rights and easy access to birth control. Where are we now??? And our generation fought the tobacco companies and for laws to ban smoking inside. Educate yourself young person.

It sucks when you’re trying to date and almost everyone in the dating pool has one.


I date men, and like men who are in good shape. Although I don't care for tattoos, they tend to look okay on a toned male bicep or back. I wouldn't call it a deal breaker on someone I liked. Leg and neck tattoos are pretty gross though.

Jews don't believe in Heaven.

The tattoo thing has something to do with burial in a Jewish cemetery but I don't think that's really enforced. Tons of Jews have tats.

Anyway, I don't really like tattoos and don't have any. I don't care what other people do.

For me the issue isn’t how they look, it’s that it’s more or less permanent. People often change considerably from 18 to middle age, any decision you made as a young adult to get a tattoo is going to be something that affects you for the rest of your life.
