Subject: 2020 vs 2024 Presidential Election Polls
The polls seem to overestimate Clinton and Biden. If they are bad now, they may actually be way way worse for Joe. Also, there isn't a mismanaged pandemic killing a bunch of ppl like there was under Trump.

Are you people naive enough to believe that a president can directly impact mortgage rates in the short term? Both Trump and Biden indirectly impacted mortgage rates in a negative way by their overspending with pandemic relief funds which was one of the primary causes of inflation getting out of control.
These policies are bringing them down. Why would I vote to change that?
The last I checked, neither Trump or Biden has a chair at the Federal Reserve. I'm not sure what "policies" they had to specifically help with mortgage rates.

Take abortion...Trump has no problem getting in your private reporductive business and telling you or a family member what to do. Biden stands having this be your private decision. That is not even close to the same.
