The club you are at literally could not mean less. It’s all about where you finish in ECNL during U15 and U16.
Watch union and VDA 08s. Fcv 08s will be good.
Your club’s reputation with colleges matters.
Maybe for first look. But once a college coach realizes the team that they are viewing isn’t good, it changes.
It does not. Colleges recruit players not teams. Worst ecnl team in the country will have college offers even if only concentrated on top half of the team.

08 and 09 Arlington used to be one of the top teams. I’m wondering if their 2011 is following suit as they recently lost to a team they should have beat.
Arlington and a lot of other teams rely on size and speed. At the other ages, this doesn't work and they start losing. You can't win at the national level with several girls playing up. Eventually those players will be forced to play on age.

They also have a few 09s who think they have to play with the 08s. But also, Arlington's girls teams aren't very strong as they get older.
I've sort of noticed that too over the last few years, with an exception here and there. Any particular reason why this seems to be the case?
I don't know but keep an eye on the 11s!
They’ll fall quickly like the other arlington teams.
Anyone know what's going on with the 2009G team? Not a good year for them. Will they get a new coach?
The 2009s also got helped out by players on their 2008 team last Spring. That helped them to make playoffs.

Seem like at least they know how to place kids.
Why not Union or vda then?
Or Loudon/NVA?
Realistically, these clubs are all the same. Just go where your kid is enjoying it and developing.
OP was talking college placement. Loudoun is nowhere FCV, vda, Union in college placement.
If we are talking college placement then Union has the best record here in the DMV by far
FC Virginia and VDA over the last few years have been just as good if not better.
Not so much. Union has the stats - just look at the data they are a machine. Their college placement is seriously impressive - top schools not just schools
Not so much? You should take a look at FCV and VDA. Also “top schools”.

Why will 2010 and 2011 players go to NVA only for teams near last place?
