Curious-What does this mean? You buy your own fleece jacket that says EPA? SEC? DOJ?
DP but at EPA yes there was a little store in the basement where you could buy branded stuff. It wasn't even cheap! I think it closed.

They errored on the size of smallness. Most adult women don't wear a Small. And what man past high school wears a Medium? You'd have to be pretty short and slim.
Wut? Do you only know fat asses? There are a gazillion 5 ft 10, 165 pound men out there. Like, literally, the majority of all men. Are you trying to explain away that you're just a grotesque fat person and average size people are freaks?![]()
Five foot ten inch 165 pounds is the size of a JV Player in HS. Is that even a man? More like a cross dresser lady boy sized man boy

As others have said, it’s also quite odd that the office is that small, yet whoever did the ordering didn’t have a sense that there were people who wouldn’t fit clothing in such a limited size range. Most places I’ve worked that ordered logo swag erred in the direction of sizing up, reasoning that many people like to wear looser clothes, and at least a smaller person can wear a larger size, while a larger person might not be able to wear a smaller one.
OP got a large that doesn't fit her... that's not "nothing".

Anonymous wrote:What bothers me about this is that Patagonia is trying to push its sustainability messaging, but will still offer logo-embroidering. Making clothing for “as long as you work here/as long as we have this logo” is not sustainable.
And I’m sorry they didn’t have your size OP. Ask if you can buy the item in your size and expense it (and then “forget” to have the logo sewn on).

My dh is very healthy (not scrawny) and muscular, 6'2 165lbs. He wears mediums. He typically orders a large though in jackets because otherwise the sleeves aren't long enough.
