Yes. European carriers and airports are pretty much the same as those in the U.S. I think some just like to say “how much better things are in Europe,” so they can show off their “worldliness.”
I didn’t mention anything about Europe. It doesn’t say much for worldliness to think the only place outside of the US is Europe.
I was referring to another poster who specifically said air travel in Europe was so much better. I think I was actually agreeing with you 🙂

I fly fairly often and never see anybody playing music, tv or movies without headphones/earbuds.
