I finally threw in the towel and bought LV Graceful MM in azur.
Longchamp Le Pliage is truly lightweight - like 0.5 of a pound. LV neverfull is probably a pound heavier, and other bags are similar weight (while not at as high a price point) like mz wallace and heck even le sport sac.
