Anonymous wrote:30 mins - 1 hour of afterschool, spent on the playground. This is how I force some playtime. Then she comes home with a sitter. They walk the dog and play/do crafts together until I get home, with 30 minutes of screen time allowed. My kid also has the option of doing playdates or going to meet friends at the local park but she would rather play with our 30 year old babysitter.
