NP who also has sex when the kids are at school. We both also work, but we make time for "dates"... honestly it's probably 30 minutes which still feels a lot more involved than a typical sleepy quickie, and it's extremely easy to find 30 minutes of free time in a WFH day.

Multiple "Multi-hour" day dates seems like a lot !


30 minutes during lunch makes sense. But the PP specifically said "multi hour sexy day-dates." That's not lunch.


Pp who said that. DH and I have non-traditional work schedules. We both work in person. Sometimes we work evenings, weekends, and overnights, and sometimes we are both off during the school day.

That’s not bad at 58. We are older and we are at once a week, sometimes twice. I’m happy that we are both very “enthusiastic” so the one time is always very good. So think about quality versus quantity.

Not as often as I'd like to, but more often than I want to. I'm just not sexually attracted to my husband any more - and he's good, makes sure I come first most of the time, we've got it down. But I'm really just not interested. So, I try for 1x/week, but I know some weeks slip (especially when I have my period). I don't have to turn him down though, he doesn't reach out for sex often.
No way would I be down for multi-hour sexy day date time.

I'm 48, DH is 55, haven't had sex in months. I want it more than he does I think but at this point we are in a dry zone. Marriage is great otherwise, I wonder if he has some health issues like ED that he doesn't want to share. He just doesn't seem interested.

While I was in a 20+ year marriage, it had declined to 3-4 times per year.

Now that I am in a post-divorce LTR, 1 or 2 times per week.

The people answering this thread are a self-selecting group. Probably a lot of 1x per week or 1x per month people look at this thread and don’t bother responding.
