It's redundant. Chai is Indian tea - chai literally means tea. Just call it Tea Tea or Chai Chai - it's no different than saying Chai Tea.
+1
Its like calling tea chai, its the same thing.

You can add 1 pump of full sugar syrup to a latte with almond milk (21 calories a pump, 5g of sugar) and still be much, much better nutritionally than a latte with dairy milk, no syrup.
I have come to like 1 pump, even in a venti. You can taste it, but it’s not sticky sweet.

I’m sure sugar free is better on calorie/ carbs. But not a fan of artificial sweeteners. For taste or nutrition.
Here are some Starbucks hacks. A lot of them point out colder beverages are better, which isn’t as helpful in the fall. But still good to keep in mind.

For a once a week treat, almond milk, fewer pumps, no whip isn’t perfect, but it’s much, much better than a standard latte. I do think if you start by switching to almond milk and no whip, and then once you’ve adjusted, start cutting down the pumps, you can change your drink order significantly and still really enjoy it. Once you are used to almond milk, then go for one fewer pump for a few times, then 2 fewer— until you hit one pump. I guarantee that at that point if you go back to the original recipe, you will find it undrinkably sweet.
I also like hot tea with almond milk and a pinch of real sugar when it’s cold out.
Not too burst anyone's bubble, but both the almond milk and the coconut milk used by Starbucks have added sugar in them.
