That’s as idiotic as suggesting that businesses built stores in vacant fields because they saw shoppers constantly gathering there for no reason back before the store existed.

It's by the Comfort Inn on 13th. I don't think that place ever stopped being a hotbed for prostitution. Pretty sure they don't care how many guys someone brings up and it's relatively cheap for the area.
