You likely need pelvic floor therapy especially after having kids - will help engage and strengthen your transverse abdominis. I’d also invest in a personal trainer with some training in nutrition to help you restore your core and eat right.

Honey, you're getting older. Women's bodies change. Belly pooches happen. You are clearly not overweight and apparently not continually gaining weight. The "cure" is changing your mindset and accepting the minimal changes your aging body has brought you. Seriously. Get over yourself.

That's what my pcp told me 2 years ago. Turns out, I have a fibroid which has caused bloating and pushed my stomach forward, making me look 3 months pregnant. I'm getting it removed soon and expect my pooch to diminsh significantly.
