My American husband is a fabulous dresser and phenomenal in bed. I have lived in Europe.
Anonymous wrote:Wow at least the other thread specifically mentioned "European." There are billions of men on earth who are not American from millions of cultures.

I disagree with the attractiveness( I think foreign men tend to be more attractive), but I 100% agree with personality.
In my limited experience American men are more likely to be an equal partner at home.
As much as I bond easily with foreign women due to our similar sense of humor, I appreciate American women for setting their men straight. They have made life much easier for some of us who married American men.
The world is quite a big place. Conservative countries tend to have men who don't help at home. Non conservative countries like Scandinavian countries have a lot of men who do take care of the kids and home. They get like one year paternity leave, and their men take it to take care of the kids.
Those same guys in Scandinavian countries also pathologically expect women to initiate, pursue, and go dutch. Ewwwww.
That's called equal rights for women. We women fought for it here.

Don’t worry, my foreign-born husband (Muslim world) is cut, as was my Western European born boyfriend before him. It’s not as globally unusual as the anti folks pretend.

It seems American women are not has highly rated vs foreign women
Whereas American men are rated higher than foreign men
Yet everywhere on this forum and in the media we hear about “male crisis”
What gives?
It seems to me the market value of American men is underrated from the responses of the two threads and American women are overvalued in the market
There is still be a "male crisis." American men are just ahead of the curve.
It's like almost everyone failing an exam but some failing with better scores than others.
Men in general are still too self-centered. There is much progress made by American men compared to men elsewhere. But most men still have ways to go.
With increased globalization and intercultural interactions, foreign women will catch on to American men needing to still do better. The bubble is about to burst so American men better hurry up and get some foreign women while they still can.
And in the meantime, some women would have to make do with foreign men, but foreign men too are catching up to their American counterparts.
So everything the American woman likes and prefers should be the global point of reference and yet it is the men who are too self-centered? Got it.
Yep. The world is male centered from back when women were property and did not have the rights and value that men did. A lot of progress has been made, but the world is still very male centered, America less so than most places abroad.
Is that news to you?
There we have it. American women, saving the world one self-centered act at a time.

Let in foreign women but keep out the foreign men! The only foreign men who we let in should be PhD STEM degree holders with extensive background investigations done prior.
