Brad Pitt was dating that 40 something MIT professor who is childless, never married, until she recently married to a Rothschild or something. The dirty secret that men who frequent these forums to bash women dont want you to know is desirable, attractive, powerful men of whatever age usually date... women their own age. It's only the losers looking for validation who feel the need to date someone half their age to show off. Men with their ish together, the kind you actually WANT to be with, want a woman who is an equal/partner.

Lots of high achieving, educated women that age range in the coasts and large intl cities.

Divorced men who had kids already would be interested… but, any man who can have a younger woman will in fact, want the younger woman.

Anyone can be a catch for their person at any age.

That being said, according to common standards for a man you yourself would see as a catch, probably a 36 year old woman has to have good health, good temper, good social skills, good looks, good education, well paying job, good credit, good savings, no debt, no criminal record, no addiction, no dependents, compatible family, no kids or crazy ex.

I would be curious about the common standards for a 36 year old man to be seen as a catch. I don’t think the PP is wrong, I just can’t imagine it’s the same for men.
