Please turn to science, OP.
Your particular brain make-up is causing you to self-harm. You need to talk to a psychiatrist, who will analyze all your symptoms and suggest the right therapist, and perhaps, medication.
You can have religious faith and also know that modern medicine can help you.
"Demons" is just lack of scientific understanding of mental illness.

how else can you explain what that young woman did to the other one at lululemon ?
many more examples but you get what I mean

No evidence any of that exists. I understand people don't like it when existence of god is questioned, but why should anyone object when it is pointed out that terrifying concepts like demons and "negative energies" are completely made up?
Drop your fear and ignorance. You can believe in your god without needing to live in fear of these terrible bogeyman things there is no evidence for.
that's fine that you don't think it's real, but I presume OP believes in God, and is asking if demon possession is real. My point is that if God is real (to OP) why couldn't a demon? And if OP believes that the Holy spirit can reside in us, why can't a demon? This question is not to people like you, who don't believe in either.
My point is what about believing in a god means a demon is real?
So leave your belief in god out of it, and simply say that there is no evidence of demons so they are likely BS with no reason to believe in them.
No evidence. No reason to believe in it. Not a god, so no one should be offended to say they don't exist like ghosts don't exist and zombies and vampires don't exist.
Science only can examine and analyze data from the natural world.
We can’t evaluate anything that occurs beyond the natural world with the same evidence we use to evaluate the natural world.
There is a whole world that surrounds us that is beyond our capabilities to measure and quantify.
If there’s no evidence of that, then who cares, what difference does it make?
And what claim can’t you make if there’s no standard of evidence?
I’ll answer those questions for you, since you probably won’t:
It makes no difference whatsoever
And there is no claim you can’t make with no standard of evidence.

I do see a psychiatrist and I just recently started therapy. My therapist is good. He went to an Ivy League and has degrees in theology and psychology.
I’m going to ask him about demon possession this week, but I’m afraid he won’t like me anymore.
My previous therapist was allowed to share things with the pastor because he made me sign a release - it was a condition of therapy; I could only do therapy with him if I agreed to let him share with the pastor. The pastor then shared with many others.
I really like my current therapist, but I’m not comfortable with him yet. My psychiatrist, who has known me for 4 years, specifically recommended him.
Oh, and I never cut my radial artery, so I never bled out. I just cut enough to bleed some. I used to cut all up and down my arm. I hate myself for not being good enough to love, and cutting seems an appropriate way to punish myself. Anyway, I never cut deep enough to bleed out.
Thank you all for your posts.
