My DD had a great time at Dutch Soccer . We originally signed her up for the regular Dutch Soccer and even though she enjoyed it , it wasn’t as challenging. So we then decided to sign her up for Dutch Soccer Pro which she enjoyed more. Not sure where all the hate is coming from saying Dutch Soccer doesn’t cater to girls? Mine had an amazing time . 🤷‍♂️

For previous posters with experience with Dutch Soccer, did you do overnight or day camp? Where do most of the campers come from?

You will never get the best kids at one camp. So camp in the summer is more about having fun than anything.

sure, but some camps are more training focused and some are a mix of fun and soccer...

wonder if some of the camps mentioned in previous years still operate in the same manner

At age 8, every camp that is the typical u9-u14 age spread will have plenty of challenge. 8 year olds simply aren't that good.

agreed, but lackluster coaching cause its summer does not really help. I know how much this forum loves BSC, but they for instance do put the extra effort in their younger A team players... even as young as U8. I have see stark differences in the level of coach commitment and complexity of technique compared to other clubs. I would assume, and maybe I'm wrong, that some camps take the training more seriously and some don't.
